Situated in a quiet tree - lined avenue not far from the seafront, the hotel has a peaceful relaxing location, despite being close to the beach and the town. The harbour is 15 minutes' walk away and the town's Princess Theatre is also within easy reach. The nearest restaurant is Ocean Drive, which is just 175 metres from the hotel and which enjoys a very good reputation. Melba House is also very conveniently situated for the conference centre, which is only 200 yards away. The friendly, helpful owners and staff can recommend some great days out and some other excellent places to eat.
