Nestling peacefully in two acres of wooded gardens on the edge of the ancient hamlet of Grange (near Keswick). This charming Lakeland house is set amidst the breathtaking scenery of the Borrowdale Valley and close to the shores of Derwentwater, often referred to as the 'Queen of the English Lakes'. The hotel accommodation is ideally situated for walking, climbing, and touring. There are many places of literary and historical interest within leisurely motoring distance passing through areas of scenic beauty. After the completion of a major refurbishment in March 2009, the hotel is now fully reopened.
